Privacy policy

1. Who we are
TAJJPI is a business-improvement consultancy based on the Yorke Peninsula, South Australia. In this policy, “TAJJPI”, “we” and “us” means Tristan Tony Graham, a sole trader trading as TAJJPI (ABN 77 893 707 413). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
- Book a Bottleneck Audit form: your name and email, and optionally your business name, phone number, what's slowing your business down, any message you add, and how you heard about us.
- Bottleneck Self-Check: your answers are scored in your browser and aren't sent to us unless you ask for your result by email. If you do, we collect your email, optionally your name, and your result.
- Chat assistant (“Jordy”): the messages you type and any contact details you share in the chat.
- Email and calls: whatever you send or tell us when you contact us directly.
- Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, device type and country. This doesn't identify you (see section 7).
We don't ask for sensitive information such as health details. Please don't include it, or details about other people, in forms or chat.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver your Bottleneck Audit, and talk with you about our services.
- To send the Self-Check result you asked for, followed by up to two short follow-up emails with practical next steps. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
- To keep records of enquiries and client relationships, and to improve our website and services.
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't add you to anyone else's lists. If you don't give us your email, we can't reply to a form enquiry or send your result.
4. How we hold and protect it
Information is stored electronically in our customer-relationship system and email, using the cloud providers listed in section 6. Access is limited to TAJJPI's founder, Tristan. We use access controls, encrypted connections and provider-level security, and we only keep what we need.
5. The chat assistant uses AI
“Jordy” is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate replies, then saved to our customer-relationship system so Tristan can follow up personally. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
6. Who we share it with, including overseas
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
| Provider | What it does | Where data may be held |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts this website and processes form submissions | United States |
| Supabase Inc. | Stores enquiries and leads (our CRM database) | Sydney, Australia |
| Resend | Sends our emails, including your Self-Check result | United States |
| Anthropic, PBC | AI model (Claude) that powers the chat assistant | United States |
| Google (Google Workspace) | Our business email | Overseas, which may include the United States |
We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
7. Analytics and cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visitors. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't store your IP address. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and the chat assistant doesn't set cookies.
8. Automated decisions
The Self-Check scores your answers automatically to suggest a likely bottleneck. It's a guide only. We don't use automated systems to make decisions that significantly affect your rights or interests — a person reviews every enquiry.
9. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and lead records for 24 months after our last contact with you. If you only made an enquiry and never became a client, we keep it for 12 months. We keep client records for as long as the law requires (for example, five years for tax records). After that, we delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
10. Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing tristan@tajjpi.com.au. We'll acknowledge your request within 5 business days, complete it within 30 days, and may need to confirm your identity first.
11. Marketing emails
You can unsubscribe from our follow-up emails at any time using your mail app's Unsubscribe option, by replying “stop”, or by emailing tristan@tajjpi.com.au. We'll stop within five working days.
12. Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your personal information, email tristan@tajjpi.com.au. We'll acknowledge it within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
13. Accessibility
Having trouble using this site? Email tristan@tajjpi.com.au and we'll help another way.
14. Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change. The “last updated” date shows the current version.
